-> One person must be caucasian, the 2nd must be a colored person.

-> Show similar or the same users from "The Problem" and have them shows as being happy. Provide royalty free image.
-> Everybody is smiling! Also a graph with curve going upwards (ie. increasing profits).
-> The goal here is to show the products that we will have that revolve around data connectivity solutions.

Phase 1

If mockup is approved, we move to 2nd phase.
Phase 2

Write up HTML for the mockup.
Charge: $65
Total for project: $100
Delivery includes:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. (what installation package, XCOPY is the answer)
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Images must be legal for me to display and publish on the world wide web.

(Who really cares since its HTML).
Should work in Internet Explorer 6.0. Anything else is a bonus. :) (Obviously I'm assuming it works in most browsers).
