I am looking for someone to create a database driven website that has 2 primary functions. The site will allow service companies to add their company profile and information and then web searchers will be able to access these profiles based on a few select criteria. So first, the site should allow service companies to submit their company profile easily. Once a company has paid for their listing (will need to integrate payment processor, possibly [url removed, login to view] or PayPal), it should be automatically added to the listing and once approved should appear to the world. The listings should appear something like what results when doing a search via Google Local or Yahoo! Local. If there is a website listed, the listing should also hyper-link to the website. Another possible addition could be the ability to auto-populate a simple website template that could be created and auto-uploaded. The second function it needs to perform is that it needs to allow web searches to be able to search for service providers by state and/or zipcode. I'm not so much worried about the look and feel of the website as I could create that if needed. What I need is someone to help me create the database driven functionality. This project is not a definite, but could be if I can find the right service provider to work with. For an example of what I'd like to create see www.lawncaredirectory.com.
