Affliate Sales and Order Tracking Program

Program Requirements: The Program needs to be developed so it can run tracking across different URLs We need to be able to code brand the tracking system under various URLs, e.g. Accommodation site, Health sites, Car hire sites, Flower sites etc.. The Program must be able to track sales through front pages, catagory pages, sub-catagory pages (if an affliate wants to direct traffic to certain points of a website it must be able to do so - deep linking). The program must allow the affliate administrator to set commission ratios from 1-100%. It must allow reporting immediately a sale is made from an affliate link, must display daily reports, weekly reports, monthly and yearly reports. It must show click through unique sessions, pending sales and confirm sales. We have viewed two similar systems that we like, they can be viewed at the following URLS: [[login to view URL]][1] and [login to view URL] The system must allow cookies system to be used or similar. If cookies system is used administrator must have control to each setting for individual affliates, so each account is seperate. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must run off a preferred PHP, LINUX server and be compatable in all browers. i.e. Netscape.
