Delphi App, Need Assistance Creating .HTML File, Clicking Box

Hi, I need an automated Delphi program that I can run and will create an HTML file on my harddrive that will be executed promptly after html file is stored, It can be a hidden, internal browser way or it can simply use IE, I do prefer it stay hidden since it's automatic and will not interrupt what I am doing at the time being. If you understand this project quite well and think you have what it takes to do this, Then please bid and I will respond to you as soon as I can with the details of the project as I wanted this to stay as discreet as possible and only viewable to the coder I choose. I will respond with the code the html file will consist of and with the box it needs to click. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

3) Application is for personal use and will not be redistributed in any way, Although I will have full rights to distribute the application if desired.

4) Upon bid I will respond to you and show what code the HTML file needs to generate and store on the C:\ drive and execute after storing
