webhosting - domain check § order application

Ok , this project started as a loved one though it has turned into a headache creating situation for me. I had posted this project before but the service provider did almost all he could to mess it up. I like being clear in communication though i like to prevent any more delays in this project so i will be extremely strict on this one ! Indian programmers are welcome to bid though i insist on getting updates every 8 hours from the start of the project , if you cannot comply .........do not bid ! Milestones are okay ! 25% as the project starts 25% when the backend is fully functional 25% when the frontend is fully functional 25% when the projected has been completed All files need to be uploaded to my server before milestones are released , if you cannot agree to these terms , then do not bid as you will be waisting my time and your time as well. I only have the [login to view URL] , all other pages need to be created by you , based upon the index file , i do have screenshots of how it will look at the end , though these are just images to indicate what i like it to be , once again no html files just images ! What i need is the form that is on the [login to view URL] to be used to perform domain checks. If you do not know what a domain check is then this project is not for you ! When a visitor wants to check a domain name to see if its available a list of available domains should appear , so the page will reload and display the results in the content area. It should display : the name of the domain the extension availability ( available / taken ) checkbox to order that extension All pages need to display the shopping cart on the top right side of the content area , even when nothing has been ordered sofar ( there are no items in your shopping cart ) The shopping cart should also display the total amount of the order at any stage ! The visitor should be allowed to use different types of payment : - paypal - moneybookers - mpesa ( african mobile money system ) I will supply the API from either mobpal or ipay for the Mpesa payment option On the backend i need some basic functionality : - adding domain extensions - price setting for each extension - adding products like ip numbers / ssl certificates - price settings for additional products When new products are created it should be very easy for me to display them on the site , either by having a seperate page being generated , or by generating a code that i need to add to a button so the product can be added to the shopping cart. I do not need any kind of order management system but i do need the orders to be emailed to me as the admin and to the client as a confirmation after payment has been completed. I prefer if the present database tables can be used for this application. If not , its ok , i will accept that. After an order has been placed a pdf invoice should be created and be stored online , but it also needs to be send with the order confirmation as an attatchement. If it is possible to use to present database structure this will not be needed as the management script already has that functionality. For those who like knowing what management script i already use , its called "wefact" which is a dutch management script. As far as i know all information is posted above. If you have more questions .............read it again. Due to the fact that i have posted this project before i would prefer to have it completed by yesterday , though i know that wont happen. The maximum time i will allow is 5 working days , if it cannot be done in that timeframe then communicate ! If no communication will be done then i expect it to be completed in the given time frame. No communication will allow me to report this as incomplete ! Maximum bid will be 400 usd , but acceptance will be based upon experience , communication and suggestions. A working demo will be highly appreciated !
