IE Toolbar

This project is for an IE Toolbar that I can also use to create multiple IE Toolbars and installers for a group of sites within a network of sites. The project should include completion of the first toolbar and installer along with instructions on how to create additional toolbars and installers based upon the same layout as the first and any documentation requested below. I would also like instructions included on how to change an existing element and remove/add elements. I've tried to be as absolutely detailed as possible, but if you have questions, please ask. And I am willing to agree to not resell the code, but I do need free license to use and distribute projects I created within the sites I work with. The concept here is I need to be able to create multiple toolbars and installers myself utilizing the exact same layout as above. Each toolbar will have the features shown in the picture above and will obtain information for the various pulldowns from a XML file located on the web server that will be created to the necessary specs for the toolbar from a cron job every few hours or so. Ideally I would like to maintain all the info for the toolbar in one XML file. I am capable of creating the script to produce the output formatted to whatever specs you require as long as you can provide a sample file. Detailed description of the project and screen shots are attached and linked above. Also, if you would to provide an additional estimate to add a pop-up blocker feature into the toolbar where the person who has it installed can toggle the feature on and off, with a link to the options in the logo pulldown, please feel free, that would be a nice added feature. Please only bid if you have experience and completed projects specifically for IE toolbars in C++. If you can make a strong argument for why to use something besides C++, I'm all ears. But I have a little C++ background and would be comfortable editing source code for that to create the additional bars I want. Programming Language: Both the toolbar and installer need to written in C++. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) The code must be in C++ and must be well documented. ## Platform Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP
