App that does the following: Enter in a un-specified number of racers, and their incomming seeds. Setup brackets of 8 based on seeds (1v10, 2v9. and so on) It is very important that these brackets can be adjusted. We must be able to move racers from bracket to bracket! Seating: The screen will then prompt for 4 pieces of information, 1 will be a drop down screen of 16 options (Race Tracks) the second will be the number of races per heat, the third will be a drag and drop where each of the 8 racers names is placed at the bottom of the screen and they are dragged onto 1 of 8 boxes displayed, this is how we will identify each racer with the terminal they are racing on. There will also need to be an option on where to start the "Front Runner" Racing: At the beginning of each race the same format screen will be displayed with, The user will then click on each of the boxes from 1 to 8, depending on when it is clicked will determin the racers post. 1 will be clicked first, 2 will be clicked 2nd 3rd will be clicked 3rd, and so on. Once the 8 click has happened it will go to another screen, it is very important that information can be entered very quickly in the 2nd screen. The user will enter the post that won the race, and the seconds and hundredth of a second (w/o decimal) for example this would be entered... "42385" Translates to post 4 23.85. The application will then match the posts with the racers, and add points to their score. Post Race: The "Front runner" will move to the next terminal, the race will move to the next track. This will continue till the number of races per heat is done. A "Switch" button must be added, this will move racers from 1 terminal to another, the switch button will have predetermined moves, but must be adjustable in a preferences window (ex 1 goes to 8, 2 goes to 7) Scoring Screen: Will display Name, Score for each race, post for each race, time for each race and a total score. All data must be saved to a database
