client side fetches motherboard hdd mac serial encrypts md5 calls php page passing the string and a valid email id and fetches response a coded string with email id and ok codes mail id with ok string and matches both coded string server side fetches coded hostid and email finds host id correspondong to email.. use file but i prefer database code emailid and ok using md5 again and send to client

I can do this project of yours efficiently...There is no option to attach any file in the proposal. I suggest using socket programming to communicate between client and server side...
