Need custom skins for Telerik RadControls

I have two different types of dynamic menus on an ASP.NET website that feature Telerik ASP.NET AJAX RadControls (RAD Menu) that need to be custom skinned.

The menus are dynamic, so that the menus need to adjust to pages being added or deleted via the CMS.

I would like to see samples of projects involving custom skins you have done.

I have attached a sample screenshot of how the custom skin needs to look.

I require that? you have a professional attitude and strong work ethic who takes pride in their work. I expect the work to be done properly with the highest level of quality. I don't want short cuts taken or a "close enough is good enough" attitude.

If you can deliver a high standard of work, there would definitely be an opportunity for more work in Telerik RadControls with possibly this project and other projects as well.

Unfortunately, I don't have a very attractive budget, so I will be looking for value for money.
