this will be a website like the old [login to view URL] was for new and usigned bands ( clone of [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] for reference) I need a websitre that requires members to sign up(to post profiles and mp3 only) just to browse look and listen will NOT require registration will automatically email members(bands) passwords once signed up, members will be able to create a Band Profile upload pictures of the band and 3 mp3 songs to their profile page artist page should also include the ability to add tour dates, Bio , band members, name location style of music,......and any music for sale that they have and a link to the bands homepage ALL in their profile This will be a free site at first BUT must have the ability in the admin panel to turn on payment features at anytime requiring users to pay a monthly fee to be set by the admin through payapl for listing their profile and music admin panel must also have the abiliy to email all members and invoice all members by email registration will only be required for BANDS...to browse the artists and listen to mp3 registration will not be required but to post band and profile and music registration IS required MAX size mp3 upload 3 songs at no more than 4 megs each I think That is all Thank you
