Change textures of existing 3D character model

I have a rigged 3D character model, but I want to have some changes made to the textures. See the attached image '[login to view URL]' to see the model with current textures. I want to end up with two versions of the character. For both the first and the second version, the following changes should be made to the textures: - the character currently has bare hands, I want him to have grey gloves on (see '[login to view URL]' for reference), but WITHOUT any company labels. - the colors of the clothing should be changed to a green/yellow pattern (see [login to view URL] for reference). The second version of the character should have the following changes made to the textures: - His clothes should look dirty and covered by oil stains (see images dirty_overalls_01, dirty_overalls_02, dirty_overalls_03 for reference). Please note that the detail level of the textures should be preserved, so all changes to the textures need to have the same amount of detail as the original textures. I can supply the current rigged model in Maya 2012 file format and the current textures in PNG. I also need to have the end results delivered in Maya file format, and the textures in PNG-format. I need this project done by Monday, July 1st. Please let me know if you need any more information in order to give an estimate.
