Assets needed for store rendering

We, on3studio, are an architectural visualization company. At this time we need to simulate 4 shops with. The client is very specific about the brands and look of the products. We are looking for 3d artists to model this guys. What we need is: 1) The objects need to be detailed enough to look nice on closeup renders. 40 to 100 cm from the object. Let’s say something similar to an evermotion library, nothing more. 2) They will need to be built for 3ds max and Vary (ready to render) 3) Textures should be simple bitmaps (no falloff and noise used to mix the textures) If you want to mix stuff, break tiled textures or overlay textures etc do that in photoshop directly on texture 4) The models should be saved with their textures and in a folder and textures named After the corresponding model . We would like the pricing of the job to be model based. Attached You have a list of products that need to be modeled as a sample. We would like to adapt the pricing of the model to it's complexity. For the samples We are offering around 45 $ per model so 5 of them should be 225 $. these guys being some of the more difficult/ complicated models to do. Never the less We are opened to negotiation so please feel free to do so. Over all, the project involves 200 models distributed over 6 freelancers and around one and a half months of work. Later at the end of next week I will have all the lists of stuff to be modeled, and we would need to had been agreed on the pricing scheme. All the best, On 3 studio
