Video and Photos of digital signs on bus stop platforms in Nottingham, UK

Daktronics is the manufacturer of the digital signs that are on bus stop platforms in Nottingham, UK. We need to have video footage and photos of these displays. 3 locations (bus stops), 5 photos, 5 videos from each location. We are able to start this project on Aug 31. ASAP for due date after that. We need full rights to the photos/video to use them in any promotional materials for our company. We need it in writing. I have attached a photo of what these digital displays look like. The digital displays need to have content on them. Meaning words or images. The displays cannot be blank. Permit costs need to be included in the quote. [login to view URL] We have an office in Ireland, would need to talk to someone there to help you find the locations of the digital displays. They are located throughout the bus routes; he can find locations that are easier for you to get to. He will be able to find the locations for you but not give you direction on video or photos. Camera Settings: -Full HD 1920x1080 (or higher if possible) @ 30 fps -1/60 Shutter Speed -Manual Focus -Record Ambient Sound -Use of tripod (if allowed) for steady footage -Preferred file formats: .mp4, .avi or .mov Footage Guidelines: 3 locations, 5 photos, 5 videos from each site. Minimum of 5 usable photos for each site and 5 pieces of usable footage for each of the 3 locations that the displays are at. -Multiple angles and distances: up-close product shots, mid-range, and further out clips that include surrounding environment (foot/transportation traffic, architecture, etc.) -Majority (70%) of footage should be fixed or stationery shots but would also like to see some footage with effects such as: rack focus, panning, zooming, time-lapse, etc. -Product should be main focus of footage and show examples of display content changing, i.e. Train and Bus arrival/departure information updating with new times and locations, other display messaging and advertising rotating through multiple pieces of content, etc. -Minor editing is welcome but majority of editing/post-production will be handled in-house after receiving the footage. -We require enough overall footage to be able to compile 6-8 minutes of video showing various angles, distances and shooting effects. Tips: Avoid capturing moiré (unwanted wavy patterns that can appear when repetitive details such as lines, dots, etc. are interpreted by or exceed camera sensors while recording) on the LED displays/content. If moiré is visible try making the following adjustments: -Adjust focal length on lens, the angle you are from display or physical distance between you and the display(s). -If suggestions above don’t help and only as a last resort, adjusting your focus ever so slightly out of tack-sharp focus sometimes works. Exposure balance, where the display will either appear much brighter or much darker than its surroundings, can be another obstacle encountered while shooting an LED display. If the contrast between the location’s current lighting conditions and the display brightness is too great, sometimes shooting the sunny side (if possible) of the display or shooting at a different time of day such as high noon when the display and surroundings are equally bright can help.
