Hey there! We are a retrofitting company based in Los Angeles, CA looking for someone out in SAN LEANDRO, CA to take a few pictures of a clients apartment building. The task should take no longer than 10-15 minutes. You will meet with the property manager so that they can open the gate for you, take some pictures of the “soft-story portion” which is usually the parking lot of the building. Just to be safe, we’ll have you take as many pictures of the outside of the building as possible. From there, just text or email the pictures to us and you’re all done!!
The picture attached to this post is an example of what we need from you! The units over the parking makes this property a soft-story.
ALL THAT IS REQUIRED IS A GOOD QUALITY CAMERA. IPHONE, IPAD AND OTHER SMART PHONES ARE OKAY!!
