I've struggled with destructive addictions for 10 years of my life. After rehab and much life reflection I've come to realize there is a systematic design for life. We are designed to grow, and many times we must learn certain lessons to move on to the next chapter of our lives. My book is a blend of aesops fables type and self mastery. As I reflect on the stories of my life, I learn lessons. I tell my stories and pass on the lessons learned accompanied with work sheets to practice reflection in your own life.
