115748 Power Seek III custom work wa

I am in need of CGI Programmming for Power Seek SQL III the mod will have to be done in a way that it would not interfer with future PSeek updates if at all possible. here is what I am needing. 1) I would like to have PSeek have a submit "ADD URL" that only has 1 field. this field will be the URL of the site to add. A) One domain only. kinda like Google. B) Will kick out banned or bad 404 etc.... return reason why in html form. 2) Pseek should then crawl the users site (All of it within its domain) and determin the best catagory to place the submitted url in. this should done as a cron job. should also take the submitted url name into account. A) If there is not a valid dir avail. Then email admin. B) Will check for warez sites and ban them from submitting again. and will remove the url from the database. 3) Relevance should be a major factor. Pseek should take web page content as well as meta tags and images etc... into account to determin where to place it. Pseek Should not take keywords into account 4) Pseek Should periododically crawl users site acording to the meta return rate but not to return in less than 7 days. I would like a quote divided up between all projects. I would still like to be able to get updates to pseek or after the alteration of the program. but if after I can still hire you to do upgrades as i see fit. This will Also be an ongoing project. After wirting this I have come to the conclusion that I would no longer need updates from the developers of Pseek since there will probably present problems if I get the next update.
