Write a script that’ll extract IPs from a range of IPV6 addresses, and turn them each into proxies

Basically I need a bot that can extract IPs from a range of IPV6 addresses, and then turn them each into proxies with different ports, specified by the user. Please note that in order to be considered for this job, you must understand subnetting. Especially /64 & /48 subnet. I have different instructions for both /64 and /48 subnets so it’s crucial that you understand subnetting thoroughly. In case you’re wondering, I will be making the extracted IPs into Socks5 proxies and each will be used to send bulk emails over various ports (not port25).
