We are starting a new sports company focused on the triathlon market.<br />?<br />We have a physical shop and now we are developing our Online Store as well from scratch.<br /><br />Our graphic designer has already made great progress on the company website but now we basically want to define our CRM strategy and the proper tools to support that. We are planing to use WooCommerce but we also want to make sure that all the customers info registered on the newsletter,contact us form, and triathlete club relies within the same "database" to avoid future duplication and manage all the customers from a single point (regardless from he comes from).<br /><br />Now what we need is to hire a consultant that could guide our designer on this journey and ensure the proper CRM creation since its foundation.
