To study and analyze the existing type of WSN and their functionality.
1. Understanding the security loopholes for a clustered WSN.
2. To design an efficient secure routing protocol for cluster-based WSN, in order to ensure that
critical data is always in safe hand.
3. The repercussion of varying node numbers to assess the effectiveness of the proposed
routing algorithm.
4. A simulation framework based on NS2 will be utilized to simulate the proposed routing
framework as well as evaluate the overall network performance in terms of throughput, packet
loss, sensor energy, authentication time, cluster head election time, delay etc.
