Search and send back information based by email request

This job is for users to send an email requesting information, and the program should return information found. This is how I think this should work: We will store in a DB all info: First Name, Last Name, Num (Street Number), Address, City, State,Zip, Tel, Cell, Email, Tel2, Fax 1) User sends an email 2) The program checks the pop every X amount of seconds (this is a setting) 3) Lets say there is an email in the Inbox with the words “John Doe”, the program should search if there is someone in the DB with first name “John” and Last Name “Doe”, if found it should send back an email to the sender with all the info found for the name (Name, Last Name, Num, Address, City, state Zip, Tell, Cell, Email, Tel2, Fax) 4) If not found, search for Last name “John” and in First Name “Doe”, and if even like this not found return email Sorry we didn't find any info for “John Doe” (the exact wording for the return email should be a setting). 5) There should be another table where I should be able to add all kind of incorrect spelling that the program should try to mach to that name, for example: if the person sent a message "Jon" Doe and the program didn't find any matching, search in this table for Jon if there is any replacement for Jon, and if there is, search for the replacement word, and return a email Jon Doe was not found but "John" Doe was found and this is the info:…… Commercial: We also want to have another table for Commercial, like Stores and Companies, and we want to be able to set for each company which group the company belongs to (Computer, Electric, Plumber, etc.) A company could be under a unlimited groups. If someone sent a message “computer” program will search for all who are under category “computer”. Program should rotate all under category Computer, who’s info is being sent first, and I should be able to set for each company how many times to be first till rotate to next, and also after X amount of other were first this should be again. Sponsors: We also want to send along sponsored messages, so after or before (should be able to set) we send email with the info requasted, we will send a message with the Sponsors info, so we want to be able to set by commercial if he is a “Sponsor”, and a “From Date” “To date” and rotate between sponsors as set. If there is a sponsor in a category (computer) and there is a request for “computer” send sponsor that is from this category even not yet in the rotate order. - I should be bale to set any POP and SMTP info - I should be able to set X amount of seconds to check POP - Email should be in simple text, - I should be able to set a rule (to some email address) when to send picture (jpg or pdf ect.) as an attachment. - I should be able to set the wording for all automatic messages send back (like: sorry John doe wans't found, or this message is sponsored by...) Program needs to be with a nice GUI Will have to provide me info how to setup DB Payment will be made after job is done and complete We will need the source of the program after project is done and paid If you have any comments or question feel free to ask.
