symmetricds replication SQL Server to Postgres SQL UUID and Date Time Data

I have fully working symmetricds replication setup but its working with SQL server to SQL Server replication.

symmetricds works well with cross database, but in my case all the ID column i have is UUID. In case of UUID SQL Server is stores different format then Postgres, so it give error while replicate. Same with time column as well. Its small problem which required quick solution.

Please bid if and only if you know symmetricds.
