Files Folders in SQL DB

I need a DB model for a MySQL DB that allows me to store file/folder names recursively in this database ..

However, one table should contain file/Folder names with all File names AND all Folder names + FileExtension (dir for folder) in a separate column. The subfolder structure can go several levels down/deep and be represented by one or more tables.

Goal:

(1) When I select any (sub-)folder, then I want to have via a query all files and (sub-)folders of that selected (sub-)folder; additionally, within that output I want also the relative path for each file, i.e. a list of relative path + filename + FileExt (recurively -- i.e. of all files within the selected folder).

(2) Additionally, I want to have also a query of files within the current folder (i.e. no files from its subfolders)

Pls share the basic DB/table model with me before you write the queries.

The use of stored procedures is not allowed.
