I need a Specific or customized CRM that has how to configure SLA for the Service Statuses.
I would also like CRM to have a single line of business attendance and business statuses to be configurable, including SLAs that would generate alerts
Status basically are:
Pending - Trying to contact - Dealing - Done deal - Following Deal - Last Check Deal - Filed
Check basic proccess
