I have freshly installed Centos on Virtual server. I installed MySQL on it, but was not able to configure it for remote access. Server is not listening to the 3306 port.

Sever has no important data on it and can be reinstalled in few minutes if that is needed.

After fixing the problem you should explain the solution so that I can do it myself after next reinstall.
