Hi, We have worked on a project similar to this where by we made a PHP / MySQL based system that would generate repair times and quotes based on two factors... 1. Parts pricing would be looked up using parts supplier API 2. Repairs times would be calculated based on data that we converted from the the popular AutoData system. We created a full MySQL live database that contained all of the relevant data from AutoData. If this is the kind of solution you are looking for I think that we may be your guys!
