Write an Android application for login mechanism with social networks(FB, Google plus)

Hi, I am developing an android application in android studio with jellybean version. I would require social login functionality in my app, I know it is pretty easy I have got the source code to implement but I have other priority task to work, this directed me to freelance the project. Below are the different scenarios. -Login or Signup Signup Case 1. * Signup with Facebook or Google * Fetch email and verify mobile number with OTP(mock this functionality) and save it to local db Case 2. * Signup as a normoal user * Enter Emailid, Mobile number and Password, confirm password * Verify Mobile number and save it in local db Login * Signin with Facebook, number won't be verified again if it is already done before * Signin as normal user with mobile number or email as username and password we can mock the number verification functionality. Can create a local db to save password and email and username(In normal scenario this is not the case we will be making a restful api call) That's it. My budget is 1500 rupees I can't afford more than this, since I am also a developer I know this is pretty easy not a difficult task and I have also provided the reference url for this.
