Write an Android application

I need a delivery related application which is capable of the following. The application should provide an interface to the users where they can hire/rent a delivery boy to bring or send some thing for him/her. The users may be able to see around them via google map and choose the nearest available employee(service provider). The service provider will be online all the time and app will publish his geo location continuously on the app. The employer should also be able to see the employee in real time on the map until his/her job is finished. Some common functionalities of the app should be as under: 1. People can get registered via mobile with a confirmation via sms. The registered people can act as an employee(service provider) OR employer (service seeker) at the same time. 2. The employer and also the admin should be able to assign a suitable employee to the employer upon request submission. 3. The employer should be able to see the employee basic data (i.e name, image and vehicle/bike info) and should see him in realtime on the map. The employer should also be able to communicate with employee if necessary i.e can call the employee, send sms or voice message etc. 4. The employer should be able to plot the Pick & Drop locations on the map and the app should show an estimated cost of the service. The cost parameters can be set by the admin at the backend (i.e we set per/km cost, min cost OR per job cost etc). 5. The employer should be able to pay either in cash/credit card or use application wallet. 6. At the backend of the app, all the necessary parameters control should be given including but not limited to employee and employer work/jobs history and account/payments, payments options (credit/debit cards, paypal, COD), a comprehensive reporting of each employee/employer for business planning and decision. 7. The admin should be able to allow, block or reject any employee/employer account. 8. There should be strong and comprehensive account activity report ranging from employees to revenue (daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly) reports. We will further discuss once awarded the project.
