Hello! I’m using Ionic and Cordova Apache for developing hybrid or only IOS/Android apps. I can develop U mobile app. Can we discuss details and then I’ll give you real time line, that needs me to make app done. I think, it'll take less that 3 month, but it depends on details of functionality. Also I can publish your app via Apple Store and Play Market. I'm working using agile methodology.
