I have some stuff planned to help you with the project, we could use Google's Firebase for Facebook and Google registration as well as email registration (I could also try to help implementing it on a web site, but that's not something I'm certain I could do...). IAP can also be implemented pretty easily by using Unity's resources as well as Admob. I'd like to get more info about on what you mean by "Additional slots for map" and "Additional slots for hero". Looks like a project that could be done pretty quickly I have more than 4 years of experience in unity and c# and I'm currently working in a pretty big game called Clone Hero with more than 100,000 players.
