We have a Smart Meter that uses a specific protocol to communicate with Collector Device and to the Server. We would like to build s simple responsive website to send commands to this meter (through the Collector Device) and display the response. At this project we just need to do three functions: Reading the consumption for a meter, displaying graph of the consumption history, and control one of the meter's parameters. Later we can extend the functions. Applicants must be familiar with client-server communication. We will share with you the protocol for this Smart Meter.

Hi I am into embedded and software development domain for more than 10 yrs and worked on many protocols and meter integration too. Have a prior experience of DLMS, Modbus, ANSI etc. Also have a sound experience in developing PC based applications to talk with various devices like meters etc. Please share the part number and protocol details so that we can define the methodology.
