rewrite bluetooth implementation in a react native app from classic BT to BLE and debug the ios app which is crashing

I have an existing react native app which works fine on android but crashes on iOS. I will provide you with that

task 1: fix the crash

task 2: the app uses classic Bluetooth implementation. That needs to be rewritten to BLE implementation
