REAL ESTATE APP IOS AND ANDROID

(not sure if this project would be doable for less or more than what I entered as a budget, but let me know either way what your quote is. thank you) I want a real estate ap that does: 1. Does the standard real estate things such as search (with IDX plumber in or connectivity) for a home to buy, select the agent you will be working with for messaging and confirmation of appointments, sear real estate fo rent, open houses, nearby listings while you are driving to see a home or searching in an area, save homes you like or want to see and inform your agent, chat with a real estate agent online ( my wife, myself or our assistants,) set appointments for consultations with a relator and for showing of properties where the realtor clicks and confirms the showing and the client also clicks and confirms. etc 2. Allows interested agents to Join our team and apply by providing basic info so we can email or call them or chat live, allow them to read about us and what we offer. 3. Recommendations & referrals for lead generation: be able to send us referrals ( the info so we can contact them) and also send friends our contact info/app link. by tect or email and track who referred who. 4. Prequalify for a loan based on basic info to capture the lead: Allows people to prequalify themselves for a loan pre-approval from our lenders - this part will be basic questions and flow based on if-then scenarios. Scan/take pictures/add documents requested with your phone and upload/send to us/lender, And take that data and send it to us and our preferred lender and they will contact them fast with a decision on whether they qualify or not. plumber in basic info to get an idea of what they may qualify for and what payment they would get based on home loan amount, average interest rate, term and add real estate taxes and estimated insurance to pmt,. 5. Allow for us to keep, maintain, the database and be able to send automated push messages based on scenario or trigger, send individual or group messages to selected prospects or all of the database. Home owners Insurance quote button: where they can enter basic info and receive a call or quote via email from our preferred insurance company recommendations. 7. Attorney referral button - 99% of all buyers and sellers hire an attorney to represent them. We want to make it easy to hire an attorney we know provides excellent service and won’t delay the process due to lack of good service or knowledge in the real estate industry. Customer would click the button, and state what the best way to contact them will be along with what the best time and date and that info will be sent to one of 2 or 3 attorneys on the list so that the attorney can contact the client and pitch their service to them. I want to be able to decide what percentage of leads goes to what attorney . For example, I may choose to send 50% of people that click the button to attorney A and 25% to Attorney B and 25% to attorney C. I want to be able to change that whenever I want and also add or remove attorneys we recommends. Same for Insurance.
