React Native Android auto reply on notifications for whatapp or whatsapp business

We need a react native app that listens to native phone whatsapp notifications and replies to the notifications, similar to this one , but simpler [login to view URL] The app needs to request notification permissions and ask on which app to autoreply , like the above app, whatsapp regular or whatsapp business to start. We need to have a rule to auto reply back to an user the first time it gets a message from that user and then have a configuration of how many minutes to wait before resetting this setting. so if a user stops writting for 60 minutes, but then writes again he/she would get the automatic reply again.
