I need someone to create an app for me, or you could buy an already made app and edit it for me. Main purpose of app: The app needs to be for selling and buying items in local area. Needs to be similar to Gumtree and spockr apps. Bonus feature: it would be helpful if you could also create a feature for local business can advertise in the app or have a local directory feature. However this is a bonus feature and it does not matter if you can not add this feature. The app needs to be fully finished and ready to use with no major flaws. Users need to be able to start using the app with security and stability. You will need to be able to help me launch the app for both apple and android. I may have a separate website however this is not a priority and the main focus is for an app to be developed. However I am openminded about suggestions for having a website. And website or app would have to be working together smoothly. PayPal feature is not necessary for me at this stage, it would be a bonus feature. If the app you create for me is successful and I am able to use it and promote it, then in the future I may be then be able to offer more work further down the line. However this is just an optimistic suggestion and I am not in any way guarrenting you more work. If you can help and within my price range then please get back into me. Thanks
