Native IOS app using swift 3 - Need a second developer -- 2

Hey there, Looking for a freelancer who can cooperate and coordinate with my backend guy and IOS developer 1 in doing this project. backend is in swagger.io. I want you to work as a IOS developer 2 to share some of the work and get the work done quickly. You should be able merge the code. Wireframe will be provided too . Payment: I pay only in milestone and that is going to be after App is done completely and tested throughly.
