Mobile e-learning app development

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. Mobile app for e-learning android version What is the app for: this app is for e-learning. How will it work: The app will run on both mobile and online: what are you to do: you are to develop just the Android and then link it to an online webserver that I will provide. What will the mobile app do: 1 STUDENTS: The Student will have student Area where: there will be students picture important: The student area will have the courses of the students e.g GNS 101 (use of English), Mech 202 etc if the course is live or the lecturer is online it should show by the colour eg green so that a student can click on it and begin chat or take lectures, and if not the colour should be gray. 1. Students will be able to read their ebooks / PDF/Docx| xlsx documents 2. They will be able to watch lecturers videos 3. They will be able to chat with other students, participate in group chat (the group chat is what will be used for lectures online, where the lecturer will be able to invite students to a class 4. Students will be able to take quiz (Test| Examination | Assessment) on the app. This quiz will be with randomise option so that the questions can be randomised and the options randomised too... the quiz will have time set so that students can complete the quiz within a time frame eg within 30mins... when time lapses(ends) the system then submits whatever has been done. 5. Assignment Area. Students will have a place for assignment. They view their assignment. Submit the assignment by typing it or by attaching the file.( the students 6. Students will have result area where they can view their test|Quiz|exam score 7. students can listen to online radio broadcast ( I will create the internet radio station myself and then give you the url so that you can add it to the app) students can view radio schedule like announcement on a single page Lecturer: View registered students for a course invite student to take a course /chat Set CBT questions and attach answers, publish the test for students to take set assignment and mark the assignment view all test result of students, export result as xlsx/txt upload videos / lecture materials (doc/xlsx/pdf/PowerPoint upload exam grades for student to view Do push notification for students in the department only Admin: Admin can add/create lecturer, upload batch students (bulk upload) upload and edit single student (Create username and password) Do push notification for all students in the school Chat with students through a link that we can call technical problems)- there they can submit ticket and report bugs. Can publish announcement / adverts I like it that we have a place to assign /reassign roles
