Mobile development

I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I require the core components of a game coded in android studio. The game is of a type sometimes referred to as a tug of war : There is a hub point the player controls and produces smaller units over time. The player will be able to send the smaller units to attack another hub point in order to take control. Other hubs will require x amount of smaller units which will be subtracted from the amount sent. In the case not enough are sent, the amount needed is reduced by the amount sent. There will also be an AI in the game doing the same thing, attempting to take over other hubs and destroy the player. The project MUST be coded in android studio and MUST be tested on a mobile (not an emulator) to ensure it works. In order to be considered please note the following : 1 - I will not be accepting any automatic offers. I will also not be accepting anyone just seeing an available project and sending a proposal without reading the requirements. 2 - at least a good understanding of English is required if it is your second language. 3 - I will be providing the graphics for the game. I will also provide some of the coding as necessary such as the app landing page, upgrade screen and game screen. 4 - the game is not going to be played online so this does not need to be considered. 5 - You will be coding for one level, and of the price is right, a tutorial level as well (quote separately if possible) 6 - a victory and defeat scenario is established by either being destroyed by enemy or defeating enemy. 7 - it may be necessary to communicate back and forth to tweak ideas and so on. As such if you are likley to only respond once a day do not apply. If you are successful in being selected and end up having poor communication, you will be removed from the project. 8 - the game needs to be able to be stored on the user's SD card on their phone once installed. 9 - if you are unsure if you can complete the job, how long it will take or what other things may need to be considered, please do not apply.
