Ionic2/3 FCM Notifications Test App

Project: Create a test app for us with working FCM Notifications using Firebase. We need the app to notify users of events even when the app is not turned on. i.e. it is loaded as an app on the phone but not running. We will be sending specific messages to specific users, so we must store a token for each user in firebase. Key Points: Code must use latest Ionic version with LAZY LOADING of pages Code must operate with just Firebase messaging, NOT SignalOne or other 3rd party service Code must work for Android/IPhone/Web Cordova Basic Requirements of Test App home page: log test user in store token refresh token subscribe to message notification display message when received We have tried to do this ourselves using Ionic's native FCM component and also some plugins but not succeeded. We tried following this guide [login to view URL] Setup: You can use your own Firebase account and certificates. We have our own code and app which we will be copying your code into later. For testing and developing purposes, we only require you to show the code works with your own firebase database nodes. If there is some special modification you have made to code we ask you to explain the details to us so we can copy it into our own app. Testing: If we can view your app through the Ionic View app that is sufficient to test it. We do not require you to package the app as long as we can test that it works as requested.
