Home Automation controller

We need a home Input/Output controller using ESP8266 or any equivalent hardware with web interface (User & Admin pages) to execute the following: 1 - Turn On/Off Relays & Control PWM output manually using drop down menu from the web interface. 2 - The controller to be connected to 3 LDR + 4 PIR + 2 Temp. control (thermostat and you can try using variable resistance "analog input"), and from the web we should read the status of each sensor and rename the sensors from the admin page. 3 - We need mapping which means that from the admin interface we can select the PIR sensor and then select the related relay then the action. i.e. "PIR 1, Relay A, action: Relay OFF id PIR is ON,..etc" 4 - Auto dimming function : to insert the desired light level and if the LDR measure and update the web interface with the value and if the value higher than the desired level the controller should change the PWM output automatically. 5 - Rest APi's sjould be according to "JSON" and to be handed over with all labels and comments. Finally, this is the first part of a big project is divided into 5 parts, the seller who will get it will mostly get the other parts in separate orders.
