Freelancer Unity Tank Project

I am fairly new to programming and tutorials that I have found are either lacking certain information or not current for some of the things that I would like to do. So I am looking for someone to create a simple tank game/coding project similar to this, in Unity: [login to view URL] The things that I would like to have done with this project are: - Create this in and for Unity. - Make it for computer and not mobile device. - Make random terrain each time the map is generated. - Two tanks that take turns shooting projectiles at each other. - The tanks shoot with adjustable angle and power levels (either mouse or keyboard is fine). - There are turrets on the tanks that rotate when the angle is changed. - The angle and power levels are displayed on screen. - Simple explosion effect when projectile hits dirt and/or ground (solid colored circle is fine). - Be able to switch between two weapons (red circle and yellow circle is fine). - The terrain disappears when hit by an explosion. - Tanks fall when the ground beneath them is taken away. Not off the screen though. - I would like to know your thoughts on the difficulty of making dirt fall down if there is dirt above an explosion. - Being able to move the tanks. - Tanks are firmly attached to the ground when they move and don't jump or flip over. - A computer opponent that tries to shoot back in the general direction of the other player. I don't need it perfect, just as long as it looks like the computer is trying. - And the code is commented as best as is reasonable so I can practice/go from there. - If you are interested please include in your reply "I read it" I would like to have updates every day or two or if a problem or concern pops up.
