I will like to create an iphone/Ipad and android application... This app will be a learning flashcard app with the following requirement... 1) It will have a Flashcard Applet template that i can easily load into the main app as i develop the contents 2) The Flashcard will have pictures and voices that can changes when the screen is touched or put in automatically setting. It is speak the recorded voice when it flips to the page or when a speaker sign is touched. 3) I will have 3 applet free and the rest lock 4) There will be a sign up and log in button in the app that will take them to our website and once they sign up the rest of the applet is opened up to user 5) This app will grow at some point to include videos and games and other activities so developer needs to design the app thinking about this possibility... 6) Will need a fun attractive background image as well, so design according My total budget for this work is $250...Please note this budget as I will not be going over this price. We will also expect an andriod version after the Ipad/Iphone...so keep that in mind with similar budget. Please see attachment for example of app concept...
