Custom Beacon/Sensor App/Software Project - Part 1 of Several

We are looking for a developer a designer or a group of developers and designers that we can forge a long term relationship with. We are looking to create a series of intricate beacon-based, gps-sprinkled, geo-fenced influenced applications for a variety of industries - all with basically the same core. We will need that team to assist in the design, development and ultimately in the support of the end result of the work. The initial project would be to create an IOS based app, and cloud-based, "back office" application which would: 1.) Recognize that a person who has the app running on their IOS device has arrived at a location. Once this has occurred, push a notification out to a pre-defined list of people. 2.) From a separate GPS wearable device, display that device's location on the app. 3.) Indicate on the app, the approximate distance between two beacons in the same area. (One would be the person who arrived, the second would be on the person also wearing the wearable GPS). 4.) If both individuals leave the location, the GPS wearable would need to be shown on a map, and the initial person would need to be shown on a map as well. 5.) The Application would allow for some of the parameters to be changed and modified. All of these topics would have more details to follow once the individuals or team is chosen. We are looking for a team that has verifiable experience in this area with apps/applications to demonstrate previous work. Attention to detail is extremely important.
