I'm looking to build an app for samsung and iphone, The function for the app is to add musics, videos and people can play them however i do have an example on what do i need : [login to view URL]

You can download the app and check it out, Dont place ur bid if you will change it later, Placing a bid is final and if you ever placed one without knowing what do i need i will not consider talking to you.

I need to know the price and what function the app will have and if we can do it do the same as the example i showed.
