Build Virtual Reality Unity App to work on Android, Samsung Gear and iOS. Published for offline use

Need VR app to be developed inside Unity 3D. App to run on: - Android mobile and android tablets published offline APK for Google Cardboard and plastic VR headsets. - Published for Samsung Gear VR (all device resolutions available). I would like this published as a testers app and will provide you with device UDIDS. - Published for iOS as testers app - all device resolutions and distributed offline using an enterprise developers account, So that we can distribute the link for everyone to download offline. Features: - Home screen will be a 360 still image provided. With 13 buttons on the wall that user can select to start their relevant videos. We need the buttons programmed in such as gear VR button to act as a selection or Google cardboard to act as a button click and I also want eye gaze when the curser is over a thumbnail with a loading circle that will start the video in 2 seconds (i.e. look at button and if cursor is on thumbnail, which starts an animating loading circle and once the person continues to look at it for 2 seconds it acts as a selection. - There will 13 buttons on 360 still - which navigate to their 360 videos. - On the video, I would like functionalities such as timeline to scroll through it, pause, play, stop, exit/return to main men, etc. The selected video will either play once and return to main menu or loop (To be decided still). That is pretty much it. Need this to be able to work on all three platforms. Rescale to work on all the required resolutions. I would need the Unuty source files please. i would like you to be available for any bugs or issues for at least 3 months to 6 months to 1 year. I would like to start Monday next week. All content and final brief should be confirmed by end of this week. Please post download links to any similar 360 video apps that you may have built for any of these or all devices. Please advise if you have an iOS enterprise account to make the tester app downloads a more simple process. So, this is quite a simple app and all videos and artwork will be provided. Please advise your budget and timelines to build this.
