Greetings developers, Looking for app developers who are an expert, innovative and efficient and has a great team. Simply, the app needed is a %90 smile to TURO application and its functionality and features with added minor features on it which will be listed below. (please note that the app should not be in conflict of the copyright of TURO, so as for the design, color or anything might affect the copyright with maintaining the function of TURO). Some features should be added in the app: 1-The main condition is for the developer to follow the stander way of writing codes, so any other developer can maintain and develop the app later especially for updating versions or even to add or remove some features. 2- Integrates a system that is set by our government to allow owners to give authorization to renters to drive their cars. We will discuses with the time of integration later, but it has to be in the contract. 3- Payment processing should be done through the app (Like TURO) i.e. Vissa, Mastercard, depetcard, however (we have in our country something called Mada). Any way the payment processing company or bank should be integrated with the app regardless of which company or bank regardless what company the TURO work with since I might get a deal with other payment process company or bank and it should essay to add it and it has to be within the contract. 4- it should has three login portals admin, renters, and car owners. 5- It has to be in two languages English and Arabic (don't worry I can help for the translation to Arabic). 6-Add on time tracking system for the owners to know what the current location of their vehicle, and for the system to send alert to owner of the vehicle went out of the limit set by the owner. 7- Is has to be compatible with IOS, Android, and a website. 8- It has to be accepted by Apple store and google store requirements. 9- ensure that the application is compatible with any type of servers. 10- by the end of the final step, the app should up and running {fully functioning} 11- provide hosting and support. 12- still there are few minor features will be discussed after choosing the developer.
