Build me a customised android delivery app

VERY IMPORTANT: 1. Please read before you place bid. 2. Your bid will be assumed to be approx project quotation. Do not place bid like INR 500 and send the quotation of INR 20,000. 3. Medium of communication: English 4. Time of project completion: Max. 5 days What to build: 1. A web panel for staff 2. An android app for the delivery person Process: 1. There is a database of customers (excel file). The database of customers will be updated every 24 hours by the manager. 2. Every customer has a unique customer id. 3. Office staff takes the order from customers through office phone calls. So, don't worry about if there will be an app for customers also to place the order. Customer won't have any app. 4. Office staff searches the consumer from the database, creates an order for the customer, and assigns a delivery person to it. 5. Delivery person sees the details like Customer Name, Mobile Number, and address in the pending delivery section in the dashboard of the delivery person. 6. Delivery person goes to the customer's house, delivers the product to the customer, captures live geo-coordinates (cannot be modified by delivery person, has to be realtime), capture live photo of the customer through phone's rear camera (no gallery upload) , collects some other data from customer and submit for delivery. 7. Within 72 hrs, Office staff will check the submissions of the delivery person against a particular order id, verify everything is correct or not, and depending on that either approve or reject the delivery request of the delivery man. 8. If approved, that will go to the completed deliveries section in the delivery man's dashboard. If rejected, that will again go to the pending deliveries section in the delivery man's dashboard. Customer KYC Update: 9. Delivery person enters a customer's house, updates the customer kyc details and submit for kyc update. 7. Within 72 hrs, Office staff will check the submissions of the delivery person, verify everything is correct or not, and depending on that either approve or reject the kyc update request of the delivery man. 8. If approved, that will go to the completed kyc update section in the delivery man's dashboard. If rejected, that will go to the rejected kyc update section in the delivery man's dashboard and the delivery person will have to do the kyc update again. Roles: 1. Manager (has access to everything) 2. Office Staff (creates order against a particular customer id, assigns a delivery person, view the submissions of the delivery persons, approves/rejects) 3. Delivery Man (completes assigned deliveries, updates kyc of customers by going to field) (only deliveries are assigned to delivery man by office staff) (kyc updates are not assigned) Few other details: 1. There will be no time limit within which the delivery person has to complete the delivery. Can take up to 2 days also. 2. No tracking of the delivery person is required. 3. Pickup location is not required for a delivery person as the pickup location is always the same i.e. office.
