We've our website optimized for mobile devices. We need to create an Android application that display in Android Webview our website. - Application intro splash for the app will be given. - During the intro the application version must be shown at the bottom. - During the intro REST API for versioning control must be consumed, if is a required upgrade application won't start anymore until the application is upgraded, otherwise only will notify the existence of upgrade but user decides if will update the application or not, if User selects "No" it won't notify for this version upgrade for certain time. - Website assets must be preloaded following the practices shown in the following article ([login to view URL]) - Application must be able to receive and show Notifications. - HTTP request from the application must be setup with personalized User-Agent including app version. - Unit and functional tests should be included in the code.

I developed 5 apps so far i used fcm for each of them for notification. If you dont have api for versioning we can use firebase firestore. it is simple and cheaper way to it. I can develop in 3 days.
