Club Skirts Presents: The Dinah is in search of an iPhone and Android mobile app for our annual event

We are currently collecting bids to design a mobile app compatible for both Apple and Android users to use socially and imformatively for our annual event in April. Here are the perameters of what is being requested: Sign In Opportunity One benefit I think we're missing out on is getting information from users of the app. For social purposes, we're looking for a very simple login and profile set up that provides users with a social identity for our event. We want them to connect to other guests but more importantly, provide us with their information for marketing and attendance purposes. It's also very important that each user's social media account links with the app and app profiles. The hope is to link accounts at login and eliminate eliminate the SHARE button so that real estate for something else. First and last name Birthdate (can set to private) Hometown (can set to private) Twitter (slide button to link) Facebook (slide button to link) Instagram (slide button to link) Layout The home screen should be a feed rather than a menu option. The feed can include App User activity - pictures, check in's, etc (think instagram or facebook) or blogs and videos straight from us (think of any news app). We want to place our menu off to the side and incite users to swipe to the left or right to view the options. That being said, I think we can condense our menu options to the following: Buy Tickets Feed Schedule Sponsors Hotel Information Map FAQ's About Palm Springs About The Dinah General Recommendations Attendees - Guests of the Dinah will use the app as a mostly social, slightly informative resource. The simpler we make the app the better especially if we can design our app (with regards to formatting) to look and feel like apps everyone already knows how to use (Facebook, Instragram, etc.) Sponsors/Vendors - We hope to make this portion a strong source of revenue for us. Ideally, we would have a site map uploaded of the Sponsors and Vendor area so as to show them their set-up location. We would also like to include/uplaod the Sponsor/Vendor agreement we currently use so as to answer any questions pertaining to schedule, branding, etc. We want the layout of this particular portion of the app to reflect the levels of sponsorship each contributing company holds through varying sizes of logos, have a hyperlink connect to each company's website, and include a check-in option which allow the sponsors/vendors an opportunity for giveaways of their product and ensures that guests visit each booth. Local Business Partners- We would like to include links for discounts the participating retailers want to offer our attendees through a check-in option on the map, (Think Yelp or FourSquare, where once you check into the location, the user has the opportunity to access that discount.)
