I would like to hire a Microsoft Access Developer

Hi! Here is my offer. This is basically a request for 3 different applications: one for PC, one for Android and one for IOS. My offer is first part - to create PC application using Microsoft Access. To make it possible to access the database using Android and IOS, two new applications must be written. I am having on mind SQL Server as backend database with remove access which will allow coders for Android and IOS to have the database right from the start and they should develop program only. Unfortunately, I cannot write apps for Android or IOS but I can create the database with the fully customized user interface that can be used in your local network or even remotely from any PC connected to the Internet (of course, if we create SQL Server database and make it available online).
