We are a training and talent development organisation and we need question setters who can do question setting on a daily /weekly basis for General Aptitude Assessment , involving content from Grade 5 to Grade10 for General Awareness,Arithmetic and General Intelligence & reasoning Questions will be of levels easy, medium and difficult and regular daily work is available for long term. We require total 25 sets initially and each set shall be prepared in a separate file which will be containing the working for solution for Arithmetic & Analytical Reasoning sections and references of books for the GENERAL AWARENESS QUESTIONS (Book Name, Author Name, Page No. and Para No.) Additional Details : (1) The difficulty level composition needs to be Easy:Medium:High @ 50:40:10 percentage (refer as mentioned in the test matrix) (2) The test takers are candidates with 10th standard / matriculation completed from Central & State Board Syllabus from PAN India (3) Each Question caries one mark and no negative mark for incorrect answer (4) The questions should not have any ambiguity for interpretation to the test takers, the construction of the question and usage of grammar should be proper. (5) The questions should be authored by the developer, plagiarism check should be done before the questions are transferred. (6) The references should be from established publications and authors for General Awareness and NCERT & School Text Books for Science, History and Geography Pl find attached test matrix based on which the question paper containing 120 questions each needs to be prepared.
